which will manage and lease out your property.
KPM has experience for more than 500units which they
manage for foreign investors.
Currently acting as a sub-owner for more than 3,800 units.


KPM and the owner will sign a master lease agreement for KPM to manage your unit.
KPM will then sign a sublease contract with the tenant.
Tenants will not interact directly with the owner since KPM will act as an intermediary.
