Leyton House Yokohama is a high-rise condominium and commercial complex located on the south side of Yokohama Chinatown, on a corner lot surrounded by Changan, Taihei and Nakasendo roads. It is located on a street one street south of the famous Guantee Temple in Yokohama Chinatown.
Built in 1987, the building is named after the famous "Leyton House" brand of the time, and has always been popular as a "luxury rental apartment with privacy" in Yokohama. 5 floors and above are residential sections for rent only, with separate entrances from the retail and commercial sections. Floor plans range from 2LDKs (over 100m2) to 4LDKs (over 250m2). Units on the north, east, and west sides of the building are bright as there are no tall buildings around and the openings are large. Small pets are allowed on condition that they are well behaved.
