●Regarding fixed-term tenancy contracts (Explanation based on the Act on Land and Building Leases Article 38, paragraph 2).
The lease contract above can not be renewed and will end according to the contracted period. Therefore, the contractor will need to submit a new lease contract starting on the day after the previous contract e Tenants must clear out and return the room before the contract ends (excluding those who submit a new contract). In addition, when re-contracting we may ask tenants to change rooms.
●A notice is required 14 days in advance for any mid-term cancellation. If there is no notice, the customer will need to pay full amount of rent of the stated contract period.
●After issuing an invoice and the occupancy screening is complete, any cancellation made 14 days before the scheduled date of occupancy, 14 days worth of rent will be charged.
●Under the Personal Information Protection Law, we will not provide personal information to third parties for purposes other than described above, unless we obtain the consent from the contractor or are premitted by law.
