New high-grade offices on the Minato Mirai 'Music Terrace' site planned for development by us (to be completed in July 2023).

K Tower Yokohama is a medium-class, high-grade office building on the west side of the Music Terrace site in Minato Mirai, an area under development by Ken Corporation Group.

The 21-storey steel-framed building has foundations with pile lengths of 40-44 m and a seismic damping structure with oil dampers.
The main entrance on the second floor has a 5.8m-high ceiling with three-dimensional moulding, creating an open, glamorous scene that enlivens business.

Three 25-passenger wide lifts are located exclusively for high-rise floors (12-21F) and low-rise floors (3-12F), plus one for loading and unloading, for a total of seven lifts to ensure comfortable up-and-down movement.
There are the usual security measures, including a triple security system and 24-hour manned management, as well as electricity back-up lines and emergency power generation facilities (common areas and tenants' areas) as a BCP response.

The standard floor area is 222 tsubo, with floors ranging from 216 tsubo to 283 tsubo per floor, allowing for flexible space design. The normal floor load is 500 kg (with some heavy-duty zones of 800 kg).

On the third floor, a special floor with a large, column-free space with a ceiling height of 4.5 m is available. The floor's common areas are also specially designed to meet special needs such as showrooms and laboratories.
