There are 7 elevators in total. 6 of them are 25 people capacity elevators and located exclusively for high-rise floors (12-21F) and low-rise floors (3-12F), three of each. The standard floor area is 222 tsubo as mentioned above, specifically, with floors ranging from 216 tsubo to 285 tsubo. In addition, there is some rooms for flexible space design. The normal floor load is 500 kg (with some heavy-duty zones of 800 kg).
Furthermore, we prepared a special large office floor on the 3F. The column-free space with a ceiling height of 4.5m, which is specially designed to meet the needs such as showrooms and laboratories.
On the 16th floor and above, you are supplied with 60 tsubo more office space as a substitute for the space of the tower parking and low-rise EV. These floors may further expand on your idea and openness.
