Safety measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19 infection at Ken Corporation


We take the following safety measures as a preventive measure against the spread of the new coronavirus infection (COVID-19). We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

We have taken thorough safety measures for our customers, such as installing transparent partitions in the private rooms of the head office and branch offices and in the customer service booth, and disinfecting (hypochlorite water) each time we serve customers.

-For the safety of our customers, we have installed a PCR test device (Smart & Amp set) in-house to perform screening tests for all of our employees.
-We carry out daily temperature measurement, health check, and hand washing and disinfection for all our employees.
-All commercial vehicles are equipped with shatterproof panels or in-vehicle partition sheets. We also disinfect the inside of the car (hypochlorite water) as appropriate.
-By avoiding movement between office locations (head office, branch offices, etc.) and between building floors as much as possible, opportunities for contact between employees are reduced as much as possible.
-Information on the new coronavirus is posted on the intranet to provide employees with the necessary and up-to-date information.

We ask for your cooperation in wearing a mask when you come to the store and disinfecting your hands with the disinfectant solution installed in the store.

In addition, we carry out measurement of body temperature for the safety consideration of our customers and our employees. In addition, we may refuse business negotiations with customers who fall under any of the following.
