It is only some 10 years ago that the Seta and Yoga area was developed and became a popular residential area. Before that it was a quiet, nature-surrounded area. It still contains several large parks and the Tamagawa River, and is said to offer a comfortable residential atmosphere. Just 15 minutes to Shibuya by the popular Den-en-toshi Line, or 5 minutes to the Tomei international highway. This area is popular among international families since St. Mary's International School and Seisen International School are located close by. It is also becoming popular as a commercial area, with famous department stores such as Takashimaya, and many people visit the area on weekends. The residential area is widening toward the Kaminoge and Todoroki area.
