Ebisu/Shirokane/Meguro

Ebisu/Shirokane/Meguro

Ebisu was named after the "YEBISU BREWERIES" that used to be in the area. Yebisu Garden Place opened in October 1994 with stores, restaurants, a hotel and even business offices all included in one area. There are also many events planned throughout the year.

Shirokane has now become a wellknown, high-class residential area, thanks to the new metro line.
The cafes and restaurants in this area are often introduced on TV, magazines, etc. Another famous spot in this area is the main street called "Platinum Street," which is full of boutiques. The residents in this area are mostly people in the upper-income brackets, and we can say that this has become one of the high-quality areas to live.
